Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “T&C”) are specific to using Right Calories’ services. Please read the T&C carefully. When you received this letter, you are automatically agreeing that the use of it are subject to these T&C, any amendments thereto, and to Right Calories policies applicable in this connection. Right Calories is a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under registration number 131364-1. Our registered office address is Shop 2, Building W 597, Road 2811, Block 228, Al Sayh, Kingdom of Bahrain. Our VAT number is 220015084500002.

Information

To make the purchase you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, cell phone number, address, and other requested information as indicated. The delivery address must be in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are committed to handling and process your personal information with high standards of information security and to taking appropriate steps to maintain the security and accuracy of personally identifiable information we collect. However, we shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access. By receiving and reading this T&C, you acknowledge and accept that Right Calories will collect, process, and retain your personal information which is being collected for the purpose of using and for completing the purchase transaction from Right Calories.

Orders

“Order” means your request submitted to and approved by Right Calories, which is made in accordance with the T&C herein and contains the products and / or the services selected, by way of example and without limitation, assembly service, delivery service, etc. We try our best to make sure that all details are accurate at all times, including the description and the pricing of products.

Week

“Week” One week equals to five days at Right calories. Days 6 and 7 and considered to be additional days explained by the price difference.

Month

“Month” One month is 4 weeks.

3 meal plan

“3 meal plan” a subscription that includes one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner and a snack.

Acceptance of your Order

We reserve the right not to accept any Order from anyone who has breached the T&C. Also, in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the T&C. We may also refuse to process and accept a transaction for any reason or refuse services to anyone at any time at our sole discretion without the need to give reasons. If we do not accept your Order, we will let you know as soon as practicable.

Payment

We accept the major credit/ debit cards.As we will provide upon registration. You confirm that the credit/ debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/ debit card to use it.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Instagram are in BHD and are exclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. All prices remain valid as advertised from time to time and the price of a product displayed on the Instagram at the time the Order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of error.

Menu

Our menu variety could extend for 3 months. Meals are cooked on day to day basis. If there are any food that are not preferable you can state that upon registration by selecting your allergen. Menu from the Ala Carte such as Jahez or Talabat are different from the meal plan will be different. Menu ingredients will be shown on the application, you will be able to choose that specific meal whether it has your allergens or not. A warning notice will gonna sent once you have selected a meals that has your allergens to prevents the inconvenient.

  • You have to select the meals 48 hours before the start date that you have applied. (Ex. For Friday you have to select the meals until midnight for Sunday.)
  • If you missed selecting the meals 48 hours before it will be automatically selected but the allergens will be considered.

Calories range per meal

Normal Meals: Calories 400-470 divided into 30% protein, 15% -20% fat – 50% carbs. In cases where you need to increase your calories intake you can increase meal numbers vice versa.
Low Carb Meals: Calories 400-470 divided into 50% protein, 15-20% fat – 30% carbs. In cases where you need to increase your calories intake you can increase meal numbers vice versa.

Additional Items/ charges

To replace chicken in the meal plan with other source of protein there is an additional charge of BD 20.
To Add an additional Salad to the monthly meal plan charges of BD 27.
To adjust the definition of the 3-meal plan from including one breakfast and two normal meals to three normal meals charges of BD 20 will be required.

Holding/ Pausing Meal Plans

Putting the meal plans on hold due to any circumstances faced by the client are permitted for monthly meal plan and weekly subscribers with a limit of 3 times maximum of 10 days per pause.

  • You can pause the plan through the application within 48 hours from the day you want to pause it.
  • Pausing system can only arrange from the application.

DELIVERY

Delivery time and date

We have 2 timings delivery now
8 am to 1 pm
5 pm to 8 pm
We cannot be specific on time we can only deliver it on the timings that the driver can reach in your area. If anytime at 8am to 1pm is not suitable for you other choices of timings is 5pm to 8pm.
Although, the plan is having breakfast if the driver has reached your area at 12 pm or 1 pm we cannot change the timings with your timing preference.
Assure the meals can be consumed up until 36 hours if you want a one day ahead delivery.

Delivery Charges

delivery charges are paid by the restaurant for the meal plans.

Delivery Days

5 days plan – Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday
6 days plan – Saturday to Thursday
7 days plan – Saturday to Thursday

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

When you arrange your delivery, we will ask you to provide certain information. This information will be recorded on the delivery document and the delivery will take place at the delivery address you specify. If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information or instructions, we may cancel the delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that you are available to accept delivery. Meals shall be and will be handed to a person. Returns and Cancellation

Orders cancellations are will be reviewed by the management. And will only be permitted once the reason are valid.

Complaints and governing law

In case of any complaint please contact Right Calories on rightcaloriesbh8@gmail.com or 38886807 /38886801 via WhatsApp customer service to file any complaint, we shall not consider any complaints that is not recorded and cannot be proven. The T&C together with all the policies and procedures applicable within Right Calories, will be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the relevant courts of Bahrain will have exclusive jurisdiction.
