Right Calories is a healthy meal-plan and delivery service built by an athlete, for everyone. We prepare fresh, calorie-counted meals and deliver them to your door in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, with plans tailored to your nutrition goals.
Where does Right Calories deliver?
We deliver across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Meals are freshly prepared and delivered to your home, and you can also add a second address such as your office and manage delivery through the app.
What meal plans do you offer?
We offer a Balanced plan (50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat), a Low Carb plan (50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat), a 150g High Protein plan, and a fully Customized plan tailored to your preferences, allergies, and goals.
Can I choose my meals and customize for allergies or diets?
Yes. You can choose from the weekly menus in the app and mark your food allergies and preferences so we customize your meals. We support vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher options.
How do I subscribe or get started?
Register through the Right Calories app, choose a plan, set your details, and check out. Download it for Android on Google Play or for iPhone on the App Store.
Can I pause my subscription if I'm traveling?
Yes. You can pause and resume your plan from the app — just request it at least 48 hours in advance.
