Our privacy policy describes the information we collect, how we use and share it, how to manage your privacy controls and your rights (the "Privacy Policy") in connection with visiting and/or using our websites and the related mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Services"). Right Calories Restaurant ("Right Calories") is headquartered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("Bahrain"), and our Services are provided to you by Right Calories App. In this Privacy Policy statement, phrases such as "we" and "our" refers to Right Calories, and "you" and "your" refers to the users of the established Services. The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Bahrain's Law No. (30) of 2018 with respect to Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL") and its implementing regulations.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), Right Calories is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of EEA Personal Data Protection Law.

This Policy is originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail. Unless indicated otherwise, this Privacy Policy does not apply to third party services, products, or the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Services. Your Legal Rights

In accordance with Articles 17, 18 and 23 of the PDPL, you have the following fundamental rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access your personal data: You are entitled to access the data shared with Right Calories, which can be viewed, to the best possible extent, in your user profile and/or account.
• Right to correct and/or delete your personal data: You are entitled to correct and update your personal data accessible on your profile and/or account, and in case you no longer desire to engage in our Services, you have the right to delete or de-activate your account.
• Right to object: Under Articles 18 and 25 of the PDPL, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You may submit your objection directly to Right Calories, and if not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority of Bahrain.

What kind of information do we collect?

To smoothly provide our Services, certain personal information may be processed. This includes any information that identifies you either directly or indirectly, if it is shared by yourself or another member with your consent. The specific type of information that is collected depends on how the Services are used by you and is further illustrated below. Information and content you provide

In accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of the PDPL, we collect and process personal data, including content, communications and other information that you explicitly consent to provide when using our Services, including during account creation, content sharing, and communications with others through our Services. This can include data stored within the content you provide, or about it (namely, the metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created.

• Networks and connections
  We collect data about the visited pages, accounts, hashtags and groups you are connected to and your interactions with the aforementioned across our Services, including, but not limited to communicate with the most the accounts and/or profiles you frequently communicate with or groups you are part of. We also collect contact information you may choose to upload, sync or import from a device (including, but not limited to address books or call logs or SMS log history), which we use for various purposes, including, but not limited to suggesting you and others find people you may know. The other purposes are listed below.
• Your usage
  We collect data about how you interact with our Services. This includes but is not limited to: types of content engaged with, features used, actions taken, accounts interacted with, and the time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you're using and have last used our Services, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Services.
• Information gathered about you from others
  In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 9, and 17 of the PDPL, we receive and process content, communications and general User Information that other users provide, subject to appropriate legal basis and data protection safeguards. Where such information constitutes personal data about third parties, we ensure compliance with indirect collection requirements under the PDPL. This may include data about you provided through comments on a photo of you, sending you a message, uploading or syncing your contact information, or submitting reviews and ratings relating to you.

Device Information

As described further below, User Information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Services are collected and synced with each other. For example, User Information collected about your use of our Services on your phone is then used to better personalize the content (including but not limited to ads) or features shown to you on another device. Another example is measuring action taken regarding an ad on a certain device, then syncing User Information with the other devices. User Information obtained from these devices includes:

• Device attributes
  Information relating to the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.
• Device operations
  Information about operations and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish human usage from robots).
• Identifiers
  Unique identifiers, device IDs, and other identifiers, such as from games, apps or accounts you use, and Family Device IDs (or other identifiers unique to Right Calories associated with the same device or account).
• Device signals
  Bluetooth signals, and information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons, and cell towers.
• Data from device settings
  Information shared through explicit opt-in consent for specific device settings access, as required under Article 5 of the PDPL, including but not limited to: GPS location tracking, camera or photo access, and photo library access. You maintain the right to withdraw such consent at any time in accordance with Article 24 of the PDPL.
• Network and connections
  Information such as the name of your mobile operator or Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), language, time zone, mobile phone number, identification of Internet Protocol ("IP") address, connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network.
• Cookie data
  Cookie data helps us improve user experience by allowing us to distinguish between users of our Services and ensure the best possible experience when using our Services. Cookies are stored on your device, and these settings may be managed by the user according to user preference. How do we use User Information?

The following describes the usage of User Information obtained subject to your consent. The processing of User Information additionally supports Right Calories Sports' Services and related services described in the Right Calories Terms of Service, as follows:

Provide, personalize and improve our Services

To maximize user experience, User Information may be used to aid the delivery of our Services, including to personalize features and content (including your News Feed, Right Calories Feed, Right Calories Stories and ads) and to offer accurate suggestions (such as groups, Business Users you may be interested in, or topics you may want to follow) on and off our Services. To create personalized Services that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide). This includes but is not limited to: interactions with our Services, the accounts and/or profiles and its corresponding information you're connected to and/or might be interested in, on and off our Services.

• Location-related information
  Subject to user preference, we use location-related information-such as: your current location, place of residence, location points often visited, and the businesses and people you're near-to, provide, personalize and improve our Services, including ads, for you and others. Subject to user permission, location-related information can be based on things like precise device location, IP addresses, and information from your and others' use of Right Calories Features such as users you connect with and activities you join.
• Product research and development
  We use User Information to develop, test, and improve our Services. This is done by conducting surveys, research, and testing and troubleshooting new Services and features.
• Ads and other sponsored content
  We use User Information, including your established interests, actions and connections to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.

Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services

We use User Information to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and understand the types of people who use their services, and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services. All User Information is shared on an aggregated or anonymous basis in accordance with Article 8 of the PDPL and applicable data protection regulations. Any disclosure of personal User Information to third parties requires explicit prior consent and will be conducted in compliance with the PDPL and applicable regulations. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures as required by the PDPL to protect User Information during such sharing.

Promote safety, integrity and security

In accordance with the PDPL and its implementing regulations, we process the collected data to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other unauthorized activities, maintain the integrity of our Services, and promote safety and security on and in connection with Right Calories Sports. We process collected data to investigate suspected violations of our terms or policies, potential criminal activities, or circumstances where immediate assistance may be required, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Communicate with you

Subject to explicit prior written consent and in compliance with the PDPL, we may use User Information for direct marketing communications, to communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our policies and terms. We may also use the collected User Information to respond to you when you contact us. In accordance with Article 19 of the PDPL, you have the right to object at any time, to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Research and innovate for social good

User Information allows us to conduct and support research and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being.

• People and accounts you share and communicate with
  When you share and communicate using our Services, you choose the audience for what you share. For example, when you use the Right Calories Services to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can view the content you send. Your network can also see certain actions you have taken on our Services, including engagement with ads and sponsored content. We also let other user accounts see who has viewed their Right Calories stories.

Public information can be otherwise seen by anyone, on or off our rights, property or Services, you or others, including those required by law, for instance, as part of investigations or regulatory inquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, only if relevant, we provide and receive User Information to and from third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activity on and off our Services.

In accordance with the PDPL, User Information can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or to prevent harm. We also retain User Information from accounts disabled for terms violations for a minimum of one (1) year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.

How do we operate and transfer data as part of our global services?

The Services are operated from Bahrain. If you are located outside of Bahrain and choose to use the Services or provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your User Information will be transferred, processed, and stored in Bahrain as a necessary measure to adequately provide the Services and perform the Terms of Service. The Services follow generally accepted standards to protect and safeguard the personal information submitted, both during transmission and once it is received. Kindly note that Bahrain privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

How will you be notified of changes to this policy?

Right Calories reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and recommends that you review it from time to time. If Right Calories makes changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Services and other places we deem appropriate in a timely manner and prominent notice will be given prior to any material changes. If you object to any of the changes to this Privacy Policy, you are advised to stop using the Services and delete your account.
